NOAH SHORE

Noah Shore is a recent graduation from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Film Studies. On campus, Noah was heavily involved with Jewish life and his fraternity Phi Kappa Theta. His professional background primarily involves graphic design and social media management, skills he currently puts to use running BIFF’s social media. Outside of work, Noah is an avid traveler, having spent several months in Tel Aviv, Israel editing content for an independent filmmaker. In moving from Cleveland to Los Angeles, Noah hopes to gain more on-set production experience for the movies and shows he loves. Additionally, he hopes to find more ways to support independent filmmakers and help bring their dreams to life. Noah has always loved movies and has shot several no-budget shorts of his own in high school and college. His favorite films are Mulholland Drive, Dazed and Confused, and The Matrix, among others. Noah is dedicated to elevating BIFF’s social media presence through professionalism, creativity, and intrigue. His end goal is to showcase the wonder of independent filmmaking in Burbank and around the world.

Dustin Richardson

DUSTIN RICHARDSON

Dustin Richardson is a screenwriter, novelist, and actor from Dublin, California. He has an Associate of Science in Film, Television, and Electronic Media, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies, and a Minor in Women's and Gender Studies from Sonoma State University. Dustin has finished a novel that he continues to query and seek representation for, alongside three spec scripts of different genres. He is the creator of Bad Reception, a YouTube Channel that focuses on raising awareness of an underrepresented neurological syndrome called Visual Snow, which has become quite successful in the VS community and works alongside the non-profit Visual Snow Initiative. Dustin had the honor of working on Bumblebee (2018) and Bill & Ted Face the Music (2020). He loves the feeling of being on set and a part of a production. Dustin is proud to be a part of BIFF and can't wait for this year's festival! As an intern, Dustin has created and still maintains the new BIFF Website, hosts the new BIFF interview series Reel Conversations, and edits and creates various videos and images for BIFF projects.

Marissa Nappo

MARISSA NAPPO

Marissa Nappo is an actor, singer, and writer from Buffalo, New York. Marissa is a recent graduate of SUNY Fredonia, where she holds a BFA in Musical Theatre, and she is currently getting her Masters in Screen Acting at Oklahoma City University. You may recognize Marissa as the “Resident Film Fanatic” on BIFF's Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Channel. Marissa has had the pleasure of being in two original workshops: Krampus a Winter Suite as "Eike" (Lead) and The America Project as "Becca" (Supporting). Some of her live concert credits include: “ITunes Remixed” Live in Concert with Mandy Gonzales & Telly Leung at The Producers Club in NYC; “One Hand One Heart” Live in Concert with Kara Lindsay and Telly Leung at the Wild Project Theatre in NYC; and the “2016 ATA Performing Arts Opening Gala” Live in Concert with Adam Pascal, Mandy Gonzales, Telly Leung, and Priscilla Lopez.

Karli Khanna-Reichert

KARLI KHANNA-REICHERT

Karli Khanna-Reichert is a student at New York University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture, and Communication. She grew up in New Jersey where she lives with her family during school breaks. As Director of Speaker Curation at NYU’s TEDx organization, Karli found a passion for managing talent and helping their dreams come true. Because of this, Karli aspires to work in talent management upon graduation. In her free time, Karli loves reading, exploring the city with friends, and re-watching her favorite movie, Titanic.
