The 2013 Burbank International Film Festival Opening Night Screening took place at Warner Bros. celebrating their 90th Anniversary.
The Opening Night Screening was the documentary film “The Brothers Warner”. Written, directed and produced by Cass Warner Sperling (Harry Warner’s granddaughter), the film is an intimate and touching portrait of the four film pioneers who founded and ran Warner Bros. studios for over 50 years. THE BROTHERS WARNER is a story of a family that rose from immigrant poverty through personal tragedies persevering to create a major studio with a social conscience.
The Opening Night Gala Reception immediately followed at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, with tantalizing food, ice-cold, handcrafted beer from the Brewery and delicious Vodka drinks courtesy of Tito’s Vodka.
